Dr. Candice Yang earned her dental degree from Taipei Medical University in Taiwan and then completed a one-year hospital-based general practice residency at Cardinal Tien Hospital in New Taipei City. After the GPR program, she stayed in Taipei where she practiced as a general dentist before she enrolled in the Post-graduate Endodontic program at Boston University.
During her post-graduate Endodontic program in BU, Dr. Candice Yang obtained extensive training in both research and clinical aspects and published several articles regarding pulp stem cells and metastasis mechanisms of oral cancer.
Dr. Candice Yang is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. In 2015, she moved to Houston with her husband who is an assistant professor at the Periodontics department in UT dental school. During her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
