Dr. Mahzad Koochaki D.M.D.

Dr. Mahzad Koochaki is from Michigan State. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn before pursuing her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Following her graduation, Dr. Koochaki completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. After practicing for a couple of years as a general dentist, Dr.Koochaki pursued her dream of becoming an Endodontist. Dr.Koochaki completed a two-year endodontic program at Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded the Rae Gascoigne Changing Lives Scholarship for being an outstanding endodontic resident. Dr. Koochaki’s main objective as an Endodontist is to alleviate patients’ pain and provide comfort to those with dental anxiety.

Recently, she and her husband relocated to Houston, where they are excited to embark on a new chapter of their lives. In her free time, Dr. Koochaki indulges in outdoor activities like kayaking, zip-lining, and other adventures. She is also an avid animal lover and has a Maltipoo dog named Coco 🙂
